Roof Surveys – Roof Reports – How much do you know about the condition of your roof?
It is becoming increasingly popular for mortgage lenders to insist that potential borrowers instruct an established roofing contractor to inspect the roof of a property, they are considering buying.
Sevenoaks Roofing Company will carry out an independent Roof Survey on any property with the findings presented in the form of a professional Roof Report which is acceptable to such mortgage providers.
The Survey will report on items listed in a Homebuyers Survey in relation to the roof including the condition of the tile or slate covering, the chimneys, fascia boards, gutters and any roof windows.
Our Report and Survey fees start from £70, subject to the size, access and location of the roof area. This cost is however, refundable if further works are undertaken within a 3 month period of the Survey being completed.
